Refund policy
Bangladesh Shipping
- For orders of BDT 2000 and more, delivery is FREE.
- For orders under BDT 2000, a flat rate shipping fee of BDT 60 applies for within Dhaka city and BDT 120 outside Dhaka.
- Express shipping is available for a flat rate of BDT 100 within Dhaka and BDT 180 outside Dhaka.

Redelivery Fee
A redelivery fee of BDT 100 will apply for the following reasons:
Entering an incorrect address at checkout, resulting in your order being returned.
Failure to pick up your item at the drop-off location, resulting in your order being returned.
Returns
We want you to have the best possible experience while using and recommending our products, but if for some reason you don't, please contact us at inarabeautybd@gmail.com
- If your Inara soap product is damaged or faulty upon arrival, please send a photo of the product to inarabeautybd@gmail.com within 10 days of receipt of the goods and quote your order number and we will replace your product.
- If for any other reason you are not completely satisfied with our products, we will refund or provide store credit within 14 days of receipt.
- Email us at inarabeautybd@gmail.com to request a refund and our friendly team will assist you with the process of returning your items.
- Inara Bath & Beauty will not be responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure or track the returned package.
- Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be credited to your original payment method. Please note: original shipping charges will not be refunded.
